Men's coaching and shamanic healing

I know that we can do so much better ...

and so do you.

We can do better, both at the level of the individual and the collective.

The good news is that you can tap into your own colossal potential the MOMENT you drop your egoic patterns and comparative battles.

The bad news is that modern life seeks to drive a wedge in-between you and your greatest potential. With every perceived setback and disappointment, it feels like it becomes harder to access your own freedom.

I spent a long time trying to be “better”, and achieved those ambitions in some respects, albeit in a rather superficial and ego-driven manner. I resolved to work hard on projects that I thought would give me some long-lasting satisfaction. When they didn’t, I was shocked.

Sound familiar?

In your heart you know as I do … that being “better”

Doesn’t mean we add anything to ourselves.

Nor does it mean that we accumulate anything in the material realm.

Or that we reach for a higher status.

We must simply remember that…

We are all born rich, we just learn to become poor...

Let me explain...

There are four key components to every person – mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Only by giving your attention to all of them can you achieve a strong and unified state of being. In indigenous societies around the world, this unification is represented by the image of a wheel with four sections, often referred to as a “Medicine Wheel”.

In western culture, we have abandoned ancient wisdom in pursuit of material abundance and, in doing so, have achieved spiritual bankruptcy.

But it doesn’t need to be this way...

As a Shamanic Practitioner, I have been trained to spiral the wheel; to interrogate every aspect of my being and bring them back into alignment.

I am now here to be of service to you

In 2022, I decided to leave conventional life behind and discover the reason I’m here.

This led me to the shamanic path …

The training was life-changing, not least because it made me realise that the story of my life, the failures, and even the successes, were not me.

At the end of my training, in 2023, I travelled to Peru to drink Ayahuasca with an experienced Shipibo Shaman.

Ayahuasca reintroduced me to death and by doing so, showed me how to really live.

Over the years, I have explored my own shadow through sweat lodges, shamanic retreats, and intensive mental and physical conditioning.

Miles Carter Coaching is a place for men’s coaching and shamanic healing. It’s for those searching for actionable steps to live fully, from a place of unconquerable power.

If your mind is busy, but your heart, stagnant, the strength of a male voice can cut through the noise and inspire you to create real change in your life. Once you make the courageous decision to breathe life into that which is dormant, the world comes alive and pulses with potential.

There are two paths we can take in life – an observed life full of appreciation, stoicism, gratitude, love, and service, or an unobserved life that makes us fearful and risk-averse.

There are only two chapters in our lives; the chapter where we think about changing things, and the chapter where we actually change things.

For so many, the option of pursuing another path just isn’t available to them, simply because they don’t know it’s there…

But once you rediscover your spirit through compassionate observation, you rediscover your most sacred birthright – the freedom to live fully, with both an open heart and a rigid spine.

If you’re ready to step onto this path, I am here to guide you. In the deepest parts of your being exists a map that will take you home.

Why "The Hollow Bone"?

“The Hollow Bone” is a Lakota Indian term used to express the intention of the Medicine Man or Woman, which means to be entirely open in mind, body and spirit, thereby a vessel through which healing can flow, unobstructed.

I was introduced to this concept early in my training and it resonated strongly. The purpose of service is not be critical, nor is it to be sympathetic. It is to remove conceptual thinking, and allow the space for healing to flow.
